It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Yvonne Riggs (Kelso, Washington), who passed away on October 7, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Estey Wotton and Goldie Wotton; her brother Ernie; her children, Richard, Cyndi, Debbie (Kevin), Patty (Don), Lori, Marlene, Wanda (Mike), Marvin Jr. and Robert; and her grandchildren, Bryce, Brittney and Riley. She was also cherished by Her 7 children, 26 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
