He was predeceased by: his grandson Chet Ackerman; and his son-in-law Gerry Jones. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; and his children, Tammy Jones (Gerry), Dody Black (Landy), Ronda Jo Alford (Tom) and Marty. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
