He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Lee and Shirlie J. Lee (Longenecker); his son Nicholas; and his brother Bill "Dirty B". He is survived by: his children, Derek (Neyssa) and Heidi (Morgan); his brothers, Jim (Lynn), David (Eileen) and Ron (Toni); and his sister-in-law Zonia. He is also survived by six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
