He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Donna Marie Smith (Brown). He is survived by: his son-in-law Bob; his significant other Lorene Smith; his daughters, Rachel, Laura (Randy) and Linda (Bob); and his stepchildren, Deborah (Robert) and Jeff (Kellie). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; along with numerous church friends and family.
