He is survived by: his significant other Donna; his daughters, Karen Cloninger (Blake), Christine Walker-Brittain (Matthew) and Wendy Kuk (Daryl); his sister Nancy Hinkle (Steve); his grandchildren, Coulter, Bridger, Klarissa (Zack), Christian, Tyler, Haley (Tristan) and Harmony; his great grandchildren, Aloha and Ivy; and his nieces and nephews, Leslie, Susan, Carrie, Doug, Patti, Ann, Mike, Don, Travis, Jennifer, Christopher, Heather, Hillary, Marty, Ralph and Sean. He is also survived by his wife and daughters.
