Ruthie Eileen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruthie Eileen (Hoquiam, Washington), who passed away on October 9, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Evans and Ruth Windsnes (LaFaive). She is survived by: her husband Victor; her children, Ralph (Michelle), Tom, Kathy (Jeff) and Racheal (Joe); her siblings, Vera (Roscoe) and Bill; her grandchildren, Ryan (Lauren), Megan (Jess), Cody (Amy), Katie (Matt) and Spencer (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Lilah, Jasper, Thea, Maisyn, Carson and River. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
