He was predeceased by: his father Homer Parker. He is survived by: his mother Doris Parker of Hoquiam; his wife Dawn McMillan; his brother Allen Parker of Pacific Beach; and his sons, Cameron Parker (Kayla) of Montesano and Cody Parker of Hoquiam.

Due to COVID-19 the family will not be holding a formal service.
