It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Jane Cheatle (Hoquiam, Washington), who passed away on September 5, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mac Scanlan and Dora Scanlan; her husband James Cheatle; and her brother Leland Scanlan of Wisconsin Rapids, WI. She is survived by: her children, Betsy McElliott (Bob) of Hoquiam, Todd Cheatle (Tamar) of Hoquiam and Kathy Gwinn (Todd) of Hoquiam; and her sisters, Verna Hager and Natalie Johnson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family insists that people make donations in support of a charity close to their heart in lieu of sending flowers.
