Though Bruce may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bruce touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Harold Phillips; his stepfather Carlin Diehm Sr.; and his brother Glen A. Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Katherine Kish Phillips Diehm (Kay); and his sister Susan Branch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hoquiam Elks Lodge #1082 (624 K St, Hoquiam, WA 98550).
