He is survived by: his wife Maria Castilleja (Mary); his children, Walter Castilleja Jr. of Pasco, WA, Louie Castilleja (Wendy) of Kennewick, WA, Art Castilleja of Richland, WA, Nicole Bentley (Jeff) of Pasco, WA and Crystal Castilleja (Todd Smith) of Madisonville, LA; his siblings, Ralph Castilleja (Jenny) of San Antonio, TX, Art Castilleja of Seattle, WA, Salvador Castilleja of Grandview, WA and Maggie Pina (Romero Ybarra) of Sunnyside, WA.; his grandchildren, Briana, Jenna, Lucas, Alicia, Nicholas, Addison Castilleja, Kellan, Kade Boose and Bodhi Bentley; his great grandchild Darian Ruiz (Milo); and his stepgrandchildren, Exstacy, Keiaira and Curtis. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
