She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wendell Morgan and Geneva Morgan; her husband Don Cowles; and her children, Larry Cowles of Battleground, WA, Patricia Narkaus of Salem, OR and Dianna Sutton (John Sutton) of Cornelius, OR. She was also cherished by 8 Grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers to honor Val, contributions may be made to the Grace Brethren Camp, Child Evangelism Fellowship or Crisis Pregnancy Center.
