He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Epigmenio, Rosa Zavala, Alfredo and Maria Gutierrez (Chele); and his pet Foxy.
He is survived by: his daughter Fox Tina Marie Gutierrez; his parents, Martha Gutierrez and Oscar Gutierrez of Mabton, WA; his siblings, Chavie Gutierrez of Mabton, Amanda Gutierrez of Richland, Nicholas Gutierrez of Mabton, Adan (Wally), Magaly Gutierrez of Richland, Oscar and Andrea Gutierrez of Grandview; and his children, Adrian, Sarah, Andres, Elena, Mercedes, Leandra, Bella, Lynnea, A'alaya, Kylie, Josiah, Kamryn, Amara, Jaxon, Aissa, Elianna, Adan Jr. and Jovan. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
