He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Puterbaugh and Opal Puterbaugh (Elder); his wife Frances Puterbaugh; his son Todd Puterbaug; his parents-in-law, Noel and Evelyn Charvet; his sister Normann Beavans (Stan); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Gibbons, Deolores Charvet, Marcel Charvet and Mel Sealander.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Parris Puterbaugh Derek (April), Dana Pickel Tyler (Greg), Stacey Puterbaugh Levi (Diana) and Linda (David).
