He was predeceased by: his parents, Denzil Faulk (Dee) and Beverly Faulk. He is survived by: his wife Victoria; his children, Zachary Faulk (Audrey) of Mesa and Alena Dunn (Brady) of Minden; his grandchildren, Brock, Harrison, Hank and Abilene; and his brothers, Steven Faulk and Darrin Faulk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
