He was predeceased by: his wife Evarista Gonzalez; his parents, Martin Gonzalez and Emeteria Gonzalez; and his siblings, Jose Gonzalez, Alfredo Gonzalez, Francisco Gonzalez, Roberto M. Gonzalez and Maria Consuelo Gonzalez.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rosie Collins (Michael), Emma Gonzales and Christy Rodriguez; his stepdaughter Paula Garces; his sons, Benito Jr. Gonzales (Sara) and Enrique Gonzales (Rosario); and his siblings, Clara M. Gonzalez Salas, Maria M. Gonzalez and Silverio M. Gonzalez. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
