He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pablo Tovar and Cirila Soto; his wife Maria Trinidad Tovar Martinez; his children, Elidia Ramirez (Jose Isabel), Pablo Tovar (Jaqueline) and Noemi Tovar (Luis Medrano); his brothers, Monico Tovar and Martin Tovar (Elisa); his grandchildren, Jose Angel, Ricardo, Cristobal, Sebastian Ramirez, Jonathan, Christian, Jamay Tovar and Sofia Medrano-Tovar; and his great grandchildren, Alexander, Jolyssah, Malachi, Hayden and Raziel Ramirez. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
