He was predeceased by: his parents, Burvill Scovill and Enid Scovill (Topinka); his brother David Scovill; and his siblings-in-law, John Wanhala and Ann Scovill.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Scoville (Oglesbee); his sons, Christopher Brook Scoville and James Scoville (Jamie); his siblings, Jerry Scovill (Carole) of Winnebago, MN, Patrick Scovill of Newark, TX, Rick Scovill (Karen) of Hibbing, MN and Mary Beth Wanhala of Hibbing, MN; and his sister-in-law Sandi Scovill of Hibbing, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
