She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Fahey and Alvina Fahey (Kallenberger); her sisters, Judith, Janice and Sandy; her son-in-law Howie McCulloch; and her grandson Nathan Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Hart (Brett), Cheryl Hoffman (Mark), Micki McCulloch and Keith Kirk (Karen); her grandchildren, Crystal, Daniel, Tessa, Mindy, Josh, Joe, Ashley, Dawson, Austin, Julie, Megann, Jessica, Ethan, Aidan and Sarah; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Seth, Sophia, Cooper, Jailyn, Donovan, Madison, Harper, Bodie, Teagan, Mila, Tilton, Ava, Lilly, Boone, Colton, Lucy, Samuel, Michael, Maria and Matthew; and her pet Charlie.
