She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Maynard and Regina Maynard; and her siblings, Cindy and Adam Stanley. She is survived by: her husband Joe Kubistek; her daughters, Samantha and Taryn Kubistek; her grandchildren, Cameron and Mila; and her siblings, Cheryl Storey of Georgia and John Maynard (Danny) of Kentucky.
