He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Walter and Marguerite "Peggy" Walter (Hopper); his wife Dorothy Koncel of Goldendale; his sons, Gary (Kortnie Walter), Brandon (Amanda Walter) and Edwin Walter of Goldendale; his brother David; his sister-in-law Irene Walter of Ashland, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, BJ, Makayla, Alicia, Alex, Chelsey, Dustin, Kyle and Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Kinzley and Tamsyn.
