Jeanne Johnson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2022, Jeanne Johnson of Goldendale, Washington, born in Vermillion, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Boardsen and Eileen Boardsen (Clifford); and her husband Gordon A. Johnson. She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Johnson (Matt) of Vancouver, WA. and Oscar Johnson (Darcy) of Goldendale, WA; her grandchildren, Susan, Scott, Lorienne, Oscie, Jesse, Dakota and Kallen; her great grandchildren, Blake, Taylen and Wilder; and her sister Mary Jo Hopperstadt (Boardsen).
Jeanne became an avid quilter and through this gift of quilting she made and donated many, many baby quilts to Klickitat Valley Hospital for them to give out to newborns when this hospital was still delivering babies.
