He was predeceased by: his siblings, Chuck and Betty. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Haugen Seymour; his wife Phyllis Ann Seymour; his sister-in-law Karen Seymour; his children, Eric Davis, Seymour Davis and Ginger Davis; his grandchildren, Joshua Seymour, Jason, Kory, Kary Davis, Kenneth, Michael, Nathan Davis and David Barrick; and his great grandchildren, Andrew Davis, Chloe Davis, Daphne Seymour, Ava Seymour and Donovan Barrick. He is also survived by his mother and father.
