He was predeceased by: his parents, Melecio Lopez Cruz (Mercedes Llerenas Castro) and Mercedes Lopez; and his sisters, Tomasa Lopez of Villa and Christina Lopez of Cruz. He is survived by: his sons, Emanuel F. López Espinoza and Felipe Lopez; and his siblings, Mauricia López of Cernas, Inés López of Fuentes, Juan José López Llerenas, Josefina Romero, Constantino López Llerenas, Eufrasio López Llerenas (Tito), Eutropia Cervantes (Topi) and María Morales. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
