He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Austin and Delores Austin (Malloy); his stepfather Ken Hardwick; and his brother Kim Austin. He is survived by: his wife Laura Legg; his son Kyle Austin of Gold Bar; his grandchildren, Torsten, Aksel and Sydney; and his sisters, Bonnie Simpson of Sultan, WA and Tawny Collins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
