She was predeceased by: her husband Reuben Rose; her parents, Walter Starr and Rebecca Starr; and her siblings, Pete Starr, Esther Zapalac and Mary Chambers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Vessey and Jacki Phelan; her grandchildren, Roze (Steven Tronsen), Tommy Vessey and Sarah (Cody Blamires); her great grandchildren, Lindze, Rylan, Reyna, Mathew and Joey; and her brother Al Starr. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and a great host of friends.
