He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Loris Raine and Elsie Raine; his wife Joyce Raine; his children, Lori Capurso of Olalla, WA, William (Billy), Michael Raine (Ruby) of Little Rock, AR and Janel Horwath; his sister Ruthie Sheehan; and his siblings-in-law, Jean and Ed Gosney.
