He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eileen Turner and William H. Turner; his son Whitman Turner; his wife Josie Emmons Turner; his sister Kay Duguay; his nephews, William Duguay (Jennifer) and Tom Duguay (Jon Curtis); his niece Debbie Duguay (Sue Kangiser); and his pet Charlie. He was also cherished by numerous great-nephews and nieces, and his loyal, loving companion.
