He is survived by: his children, Amillia and Mavis Roberts (New); his sister Annett Black (LeeRoy); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Gutierrez (Carlos), Christine Escobedo (Juan), Jason Duran, Joshua Black (Rose), Adam Black (Amber), Holly L. Black and Craig Black; his sister Tera Lea Day; his nieces and nephews, Michael Rote (Anna) and Alexis Belrose (Western Washington); his brother Kevin Day (Sheri); his nieces and nephews, Koey and Kristopher; his brothers, Brian Day (Julie) and Paul Day (Karen); his nieces and nephews, Harley, Landon and Jesson; his brother Richard Day (Kimberly); his nephew Jonathan; his nieces, Jessica, Rachael and Elizabeth; his adoptive children, Tammi Sandvold, Kyle, Kasey, Charlie, Hunter, Ericka Sandvold, Chris Sandvold (Eastern), Sing, Freedom and Bro; and also Lilly (Eastern). He is also survived by 8 grand-nieces and 11 grand-nephews.
