With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Ray Kelso of Gig Harbor, Washington, born in Lewiston, Idaho, who passed away on July 12, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodell Kelso and Gloria Kelso; and his daughter Brittany Clark. He is survived by: his brother Fred Kelso; his daughter Miranda Batty; his wife Ru Kelso; and his stepsons, Nicholas Graves and Nolan Graves. He is also survived by grandchildren and a new great grandson.
