He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Nathalie Rumberg and Ole Martinius Lee; and his brother Chuck. He is survived by: his daughters, Tina and Becka; his spouse Shirley Harris Johnson; his close friend Linda Reidt; his grandchildren, Alex Schmidt, Henry Lee Kent, Nathalie Lee Kent, Eli Waite, Charlotte Lee Bass, Phia Waite and Teddy Lee Bass; his brother David Lee; his sister-in-law Sandee Lee; and also, Karlene Johnson, John Spence, Elena Waite, Ron Wright, Tina Laurel Lee, Josh Kent, Becka Lynn Lee and Greg Bass.
