She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jesus Perez Sablan, Caridad Sablan, Val F. Mikesell, Sr. and Henrietta F. Sayers; her aunt Jennifer Mikesell; her uncles, Daniel Clark and Kenneth Clark; her cousins, Jessica Marie Stock and Mary Ann Mikesell; her uncle Russell Stock; and her aunt Maggie Jackson.
She is survived by: her parents, Val Mikesell and Josephine Mikesell of Gig Harbor, Washington.; her sister Rebecca Mikesell of Seattle, Washington; and her aunts and uncles, Rose Stock of Bradenton, Florida, Melissa Mikesell of Indianapolis, Indiana., Jose Sablan (Bernadette) of Agana, Guam, Jesus Sablan of Bradenton, Florida and Francisco Sablan (Josie) of Mary Esther, Florida.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Seattle Union Gospel Mission, Professional Women's Group, Seattle Humane Society, Seattle Marines Toys For Tots, or Whisker City Feline Rescue and Enrichment, organizations Sarah felt strongly about.
