She is survived by: her husband Philip Herink; her sons, Jerod John of Boise Idaho and Kellen Donald Herink of Boise Idaho; her brothers, Jeff of Idaho, Lynn of Idaho, Kevin of Idaho and Greg Vanhoozer of Idaho; and her pet Tonto.
