He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Davis and Hazel Marie Green. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte A. Green; his son Joshua Green (Katie); his grandson Oliver of Gig Harbor, WA; his daughter Stephanie McDonald (Andrew); his granddaughter Anneliese of Mooresville, NC; his sister Kathleen McCoy of Gig Harbor, WA; his nieces and nephews, Susan Brown, Cynthia Hawit, Michael and Russell Aldridge; his brother-in-law Fred Cantrell (Beth); and his nieces, Rebecca McCoy and Rachel Cantrell.
The family asks for any donations to go to the American Cancer Society and/or the Melanoma Research Alliance in Steve's memory.
