He is survived by: his mother Jean Ellis (France) of Janesville, Wisconsin; and his siblings, Trudy DuVarney of Janesville, Wisconsin, Mark Ellis of Granby, Colorado and Michael Ellis (Katy) of Fox Island, Washington. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
