He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvira Genevieve and Marion Howard McDowell, Sr.; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim St. John (Ned) of Tacoma, Gina Daley of Mineral Wells and Mother Doris Holmes; his sister Barbara Richardson; his grandchildren, Zachariah, Emma, Tucker, Abigail St. John, Ryan and Dylan Daley; and his great grandchildren, Zion and Joyelle St. John.
