It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Janet Patjens (Gig Harbor, Washington), born in Tacoma, Washington, who passed away on February 18, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William R. Patjens; her brother John McCaffrey; and her parents, John McCaffrey and Alice McCaffrey. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Margelli (Charles) of Garden Grove, CA, Jackie Fisher (John) of Tacoma, Jeanne Reichert (DeWayne) of Vaughn and Joanne Messeri (Steve) of Strongsville, OH; and her grandchildren, Christina LaSource (Jeff), Kelsey Alix (Corey), Michael Messeri (Sangah), Jeffrey Fisher, Jesse Patjens (Mari) and Gina Messeri. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Nature Conservancy in her name.
