Lydia Loy Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lydia Loy Smith of Gig Harbor, Washington, who passed away on November 2, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Smith; her parents, Bernard Ballard (Jesse) and Myrl Ballard; and her brother Randall Ballard. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Schneider of Tacoma and Joni Libertin (Andrew) of North Canton; her brother Roger Ballard (Coral) of Agoura Hills, California.; and her grandchildren, Maggie Ayrea (William), Virginia, Aaron Morrow, Madeline Perrino (Nico), Jordan Schneider and Ryan Schneider. She is also survived by three great grandchildren with a fourth great grandchild.
