She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Bowie and Elizabeth Bowie (Henderson); her son Ralph; and her granddaughter Emilia. She is survived by: her daughters, Jaycee Brown of Port Orchard, WA and Sarah Lindsey of Gig Harbor, WA; her grandchildren, Cohen McLaud, Stella of Gig Harbor, Raegan Lindsey of Gig Harbor and Aimee Peterson of Gig Harbor; her sister Linda Jordan (Bowie); her brother-in-law Jack; her brothers, David Bowie and Vernon Bowie; her sister-in-law Karen; her nephew Ace; and her granddaughter Sarah. She is also survived by her family and playing with her children and grandchildren.
To honor Lois, the family is asking for donations to be made in her name to either the American Cancer Society (specifically Making Strides for Breast Cancer) or to the American Heart Association.
