He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Jack (Cindy), Jeff (Angie) and Mindy (Mike); his grandchildren, Courtney, Timothy, Harley, Riley, Bailey, Marissa and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Parker, Khloie, Madisyn, Timothy, Amelia and Blakely.
