He is survived by: his parents, Wilfred Dearth and Martha Hein Dearth; his wife Shirley of Gig Harbor; his children, Karen Merry (Jack), Gig Harbor, Robin Holtz (Doug Petre) and David Dearth (Kathy Dobler) of Gig Harbor; and his grandchildren, Nick Jordan, Adrian Merry, Zachary Holtz, Santa Rosa, Thomas Merry, North Bend, Taylor Holtz, Luke Holtz, Katie Dearth, Gig Harbor and David Dearth. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
