He is survived by: his wife Annie Schmidt; his children, Harlan, Hollace, Kimberle and Brian; his stepchildren, John Claude Schmidt and Mark Funkhouser; his grandchildren, Amanda Maynard, Kimberle McDermott, Danielle McDermott, Blake Schmidt, Hayley Schmidt and Michael Louderback; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Michael, Jane, Ada Maynard and Thomas Festa.
