He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cobb and Frances Cobb; and his siblings, Diane Olsen, Susan and Stephen "Mickey" Cobb (Rose).

He is survived by: his wife Jean Perkins; his daughters, Jennifer Roetman (Paul) and Shannon Grabos (Joe); his grandchildren, Noah, Joshua, Seth, Ethan, Zachary Roetman, Sofia and Max Grabos; and his brother Brian Cobb (Kimberly). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
