She was predeceased by: her parents, Redick Phelps and Myra Phelps; her former husband William Meek; and her son Terry Meek. She is survived by: her spouse Seattle Police Officer William R; her sister Jeanann Francis of Seattle; her son Todd Meek (Suzanne) of Gig Harbor; her grandchildren, Camille Meek of Tacoma, Rachael Meek of Maple Valley and Shane Meek of Gig Harbor; her stepchildren, William Meek (Lisa) of Bothell and Cori Dumas (Mike) of Bothell; and her daughter-in-law Denise. She is also survived by several Cousins, Nieces and Nephews and many, many loving friends.
