He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren I Stone and Joann Bartholet Stone; and his sister Kathleen. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Joseph Stone (Elizabeth Stone) of Tenino, WA, Stephanie Schafer (Jeff Schafer) and Melissa Stone (Brian Pendergast); his stepsons, Clay Procter (Jeana), Cory Procter (Megan) and Casey Procter (Ashley); and his siblings, Patty Stone (Terry Mills), Therese Fowler of Puyallup, WA, Ed Stone (Linda Stone), Paul Stone (Wendy Stone) and Mary Steiner (Marty Fuchs). He is also survived by many grandkids, nieces and nephews.
