He is survived by: his wife Cathy Day (Hahn); his daughter Missy; his son-in-law Lorden Ingraham; his daughter Deanna Day; his son-in-law Michael Miller; and his grandsons, Joe Day, Austin Ingraham, Joe Day Jr. and Nathan Ingraham. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Buddy's life with a tree memorial or exploring one of the many beautiful trails in the Olympic National Forest in his honor.
