He is survived by: his wife Betty Ruth; his children, Cora-Lynn (John Henke), Philip (Pat Nelson), Patrick (Kathy) and Kathy; and his grandchildren, Jason, Lisa, Russell, Michael, Sarah, Seth and Jarrith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
