He is survived by: his son Colton; his parents, Jim Spencer and Mary Spencer; his siblings, Jamie, Penny, Jacob, Jesse Spencer and Christine Bale; the mother of his child Samantha Hermes; his brother Billy Shuster; his nieces and nephews, Cruz, Jackson, Hunter, Cooper, Mary, Carly and Taralynn; and his great-nieces, Maliah and Nova.

In lieu of flowers the family requests all donations be to Colton Spencer's fund.
