He is survived by: his children, Kyle Starkweather of Whidbey Island, WA, Chris Cook of Arlington, WA, Shannon Starkweather of Shoreline, WA, Amber Starkweather (Oregon) and Rebecca Starkweather of Whidbey Island, WA; and his siblings, Kevin Nimitz, Sandra Nemitz of Whidbey Island, WA and Christy Starkweather of Everett, WA. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
