With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorithy Capes (Freeland, Washington), born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on October 20, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Paris and Vira Paris (Bigelow); her husband Roland Capes; her children, Greg Capes and Gloria; her adoptive daughter Winnie; and her granddaughter Tonya.
She is survived by: her child Bonny Halstead (Robert) of Clinton; her daughter-in-law Shelli Capes of Lake Stevens; her adoptive children, Peter Capes (Kristy) of Peyton, Chris Capes (Estella) and Vicky Tolsma; and her sisters, Marjorie Groshong of San Diego, CA and Joanna Davis (Bob) of Lynnwood. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
