He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Herbert and Myrtle Campbell (Smith); his son Doug; and his wife Gloria Porter. He is survived by: his daughters, Joy and Lauri; his brother Larry (Lauren Herbert); his son Don; and his cousin Darrell Campbell.
